Intake Manifold as a spare part for a tight connection between the Carburettor and Engine. Important in the event of porous material, false air or poor engine running.

If the Intake Manifold is porous or leaking, the Engine can draw in the wrong air. The consequences range from poor acceleration and lower top speed to serious engine damage. In this case, the only remedy is usually to replace the Intake Manifold. When selecting the right replacement part, the vehicle model is not the only decisive factor: Some models have variants with one or two Vacuum Connections. The old Intake Manifold should therefore be removed and carefully compared with the new part before purchasing.
