Assembly spray TECHNOLIT

High-performance lubricant for assembly and maintenance work.

Technolit's Assembly spray prevents wear and seizure thanks to a 30% lower coefficient of friction than Oil or graphite lubricants.

• Lubricates bearings, shafts and all friction surfaces even under extreme operating conditions
• Temperature-resistant from -40° to +1100° degrees
• Deformed threads are straightened as the metal contained in the spray is compressed

Properties:

High-quality, heat and cold resistant, universal lubricant with excellent release effect and high pressure absorption capacity

• Protects metal under the most difficult conditions such as heat, high pressure and contamination
• Prevents seizure of fittings even under the permanent effects of seawater, Silencers, regardless of heat, cold and pressure
• Even fittings that have been exposed to extreme heat, cold or pressure for a long time can be loosened easily after years
• Deformed threads can be straightened and do not need to be recut, which means no loss of material and no weakening of the thread, e.g. stud bolts. E.g. Studs
• Prevents oxidation between aluminum rims and steel hubs 
• Also suitable as dry lubrication for reliable disassembly
• Contains no toxic heavy metals, e.g. nickel, lead or cadmium
• Good water resistance and adhesive properties
