DRT Z 62 Primary Driven Gear for the extension of the gear ratio in high-performance Vespa 80–200 cc setups.

The DRT Z 62 Primary Driven Gear allows for a practical and simple way to extend the gear ratio of a Vespa 150 VBB tuned with, for example, a QUATTRINI 177 M1XL engine. Otherwise, the short, vintage-style gearbox often cannot convert the power of such engines into speed.

The DRT Z 62 enables very long gear ratios for all 80–200 cc models. The high-performance setups of modern engines often make such gear ratios necessary.

Note: Both Primary Driven Gears require a large 115/108 mm PX200 Clutch and the matching straight-toothed DRT Clutch Gear Cog.

The outer diameter of the PX200 primary repair kit still needs to be adjusted. When used with the original GS150 Clutch, the Clutch Gear Cog must be riveted to the original, flat Base Plate.
