Sports clutches are a central component in the tuning of almost all scooters, scooters and mopeds: They ensure the frictional connection between the Crankshaft and transmission and must transmit significantly higher torques without slippage as performance increases. Technically, this is typically achieved with more friction surface (additional or different linings) and higher contact pressure (Reinforced Springs) - this is precisely where sports clutches and complete Clutch Kits come in. The range extends from solid solutions suitable for everyday use to very high-quality complete systems for high-performance setups; the focus is on MALOSSI (MHR), POLINI, FERODO, SIP PERFORMANCE, CasaPerformance, DRT, DR PULLEY and VMC - as individual clutches or as customised kits to specifically increase stability, modulation and performance in the drivetrain.
