The Vespa Club Rosario, the first club of its kind in Argentina, founded in 1989, has contributed significantly to this upswing by organising meetings and activities that have attracted fans not only from Argentina, but also from countries such as Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil and Mexico. XII. National and International Meeting of Vespa Clubs of Argentina:
From 11 to 13 October 2024, the city of Formosa, Argentina, hosted the XII "El Paso". National and International Meeting of Vespa Clubs was held in the city of Formosa, Argentina. This meeting was a historic event, as for the first time an international club, the Vespa Club of Paraguay, was involved in the organisation and a cross-border ride between Formosa and Asunción was made possible. The event attracted around 150 "Vespistas" from Argentina and other countries, who covered a distance of around 250 kilometres in two days.

One of the highlights was the asado a la estaca in an Argentinian field - a traditional stop in the countryside where participants had the opportunity to enjoy an authentic Argentinian barbecue. Another unforgettable experience was the crossing of the Paraguay River. The Vespas crossed the river safely on a ferry specially equipped for scooters. The participants were accompanied by a live DJ on board, which created a unique atmosphere. The strong participation of Vespa enthusiasts from Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil and Mexico reinforced the international character of the event and turned the meeting into a celebration of Vespa culture that transcends national borders.
