WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

You keep the shop running – in the truest sense of the word. Goods receipt, scanning, order picking and dispatch – this is where all the threads of our online shop come together and go straight to customers in over 100 countries. You’re right at the heart of the global scooter flow.

WHOLESALE AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE SPECIALIST

You’ll be working at the heart of our business: purchasing, sales, global suppliers, international customers – with genuine international contacts and daily global interaction.

DIALOGUE MARKETING SPECIALIST

You’re our communicative nerve centre: on the phone, by email or via chat, you’ll help customers with their orders and enquiries. Service, advice and customer loyalty are part of your day-to-day work – this is all about people, communication and genuine brand enthusiasm.

E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

You’ll shape the shopping experience of tomorrow: online shop, product presentation, pricing strategies, campaigns, web analytics – digital, modern, international.

RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

In the flagship store, you’ll be the face of the brand to our customers. You’ll offer advice, showcase new products and experience first-hand what passion for Vespa feels like. At the same time, our store acts as a showcase for our online shop – this is where the genuine customer experience meets our products.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Is organisation your thing? Then you’ve come to the right place. You’ll coordinate processes, schedule appointments, support various departments and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your job: to keep track of everything – with intelligence, structure and team spirit.

What do we generally offer all SIP staff?

• Colleagues who are mad about two-wheelers: probably half the workforce rides a scooter – or even two.

• Permanent employment contract: We take a long-term view. That’s why most of our staff are employed on permanent contracts. This provides planning security for both you and us.

• Full-time or part-time: Most of our roles can be done on a full-time or part-time basis. For part-time roles, there are almost endless options for working hours. Feel free to apply, specifying your preferred number of hours.

• Flexibility: We’re flexible when it comes to working hours, and often tailor them to suit each employee’s individual needs. This depends on your personal circumstances and the team we’re looking for Reinforcement in. We operate working time accounts. Overtime should never become the norm here. If it does occur, it can be paid out or taken as time off. And there’s no expiry date.

• An empty stomach doesn’t work well: we have an Italian canteen (SIPERIA) with discounted staff rates, as well as free mineral water and regional organic fruit from Regens Wagner in Holzhausen.

• Cool staff events: e.g. scooter rides, the SIP Open Day, Team Wiesn, and the popular After Work Aperitivo for staff and friends, held regularly at our SIPERIA.

SIP Team Anniversary Celebrations

We have staff in our team who have been with the company for 25 years, but we also celebrate those marking 5, 10, 15 and 20 years with us. Every year, we hold a ceremony to honour those celebrating their anniversaries, complete with bonuses, flowers and plenty of applause. Vespa Aperitivo at SIP Scootershop

The SIP Vespa Aperitivo, hosted by our little Italian bar SIPERIA, is always a big hit. As well as our customers, staff and their families also meet up here to enjoy a beer together on our sunny terrace after work. We always announce the date on our Instagram and Facebook pages a few days in advance; the Aperitivos generally take place on Thursdays, from 5 pm to 8 pm. Do feel free to pop in!
