Product description

V-Belt Pulley from ZELIONI for PIAGGIO LEADER 125-200 Engines. Optimizes the drive, improves acceleration and reduces the temperature in the variator area.

The V-Belt Pulley from ZELIONI differs significantly from the original due to its flank angle. This improves acceleration and optimizes the performance of the drive, with better power transmission. The modified fan blades reduce the temperature in the entire drive, i.e. in the Variomatic and Clutch area. This can reduce wear on the Belt.

Measured values at the same load and speed:

V-Belt Pulley Original: 70 °C
V-Belt Pulley ZELIONI: 59 °C

Installation note: When used in combination with the ZELIONI Variomatic, only the standard PIAGGIO Spacer must be fitted between the V-Belt Pulley and Variomatic.

Important: Due to the modified flank angle, the V-Belt Pulley can only be installed in conjunction with the slightly shorter Belt of the LEADER 125-200 Engines, e.g. item no. P248052 or R163750660. Otherwise the Belt will rub against the Crankcase. The ZELIONI Variomatic is also recommended.

A locking device for the BUZZETTI Holding Tool is provided. This makes installation easy and trouble-free.

SIP-TIP:

Order new nuts for Clutch and bell housing. Optimum performance is achieved in conjunction with the ZELIONI sports variator.
