If Clutch Bells are tarnished blue or visibly worn on the inside, the Clutch Friction Plates wear out more quickly. If the bell is warped, it may slip or jerk when starting off. Replacement is then necessary. Clutch Bells fitted as standard are usually made from two parts. This can cause an imbalance, which can lead to clutch judder.

The ZELIONI Clutch Bell has a hard chrome-plated surface and is made from a single piece. The wall thickness is significantly thicker than the original. As a result, it is particularly dimensionally stable and runs without imbalance. The fine-grained blasted pressure surface on the inside provides an ideal frictional connection between the clutch and bell housing. Annoying clutch plucking is therefore no longer noticeable.

The Holding Tool cannot be used for assembly. We recommend blocking the Clutch Bell with a mandrel or using an Impact Wrench.
