Stator Plates are often defective on older Vespas, so there is a large selection available at reasonable prices. Many Stator Plates for breaker ignitions are no longer available from PIAGGIO or are subject to strong fluctuations in quality; BAJAJ can still supply replacements for some models - very attractively priced and of sufficient quality. If a Model is not listed, we recommend refurbishing the existing Stator Plate with individual parts or converting to an E-ignition. There are many variants of PK and PX Stator Plates, so pay attention to Wire, coils and the exact model assignment. Stator Plates from LML/T5/Cosa usually deliver 90-120 watts and therefore significantly more than the original 80 W; many PX models can be retrofitted with suitable 80 W Voltage Regulators and with the right lighting, a noticeably better light output is possible.
