Many Lambretta Models were supplied without front fork Shock Absorbers as standard. A cost-saving measure that would never be approved today. Tire contact with the road is too unsafe without adequate damping of the Springs.

Fortunately, there are now Replacement Parts on the market that make it possible to retrofit the old Lambretta Forks. The simplest solution is to Screw the Seating for the Shock Absorbers to the Fork. The cheapest way to do this is with simple metal clamps. However, these are weakly dimensioned and tend to twist under load. This results in less precise transmission of forces to the Shock Absorber and therefore less efficient operation. The visual appearance of these Plates fittings also makes a cheap impression.

Both problems are solved with CNC-machined upper Shock Absorber Seating. The Silencers are reliably fitted and firmly guided. The precisely manufactured clamps ensure a high-quality look that goes well with modern Shock Absorbers.
