If completely original details and appearance are of value while assembling a factory restoration project, then you can hardly ignore these carefully produced cable straps. The rubber HT lead holder can also be held in position by these straps.

The cable straps are guided around the Lambretta frame and cables, the end of the strap is then pulled through the opening at the other end and folded back towards the frame. This keeps it tightly shut while holding the cables firmly in place.
