For decades, the high end exhaust market for Vespa has been firmly in control of German and British exhaust manufacturers. Now we have discovered a small tuning company for you within the Spanish-French scene. Up to this point, this company has only had a reputation for building Lambretta parts but now they also come up with new promising stuff for the Vespa: the RS Performances exhausts.
The 125cc is a Curly exhaust that is completely covered by the left side panel. Removal of the battery holder is the price you have to pay in terms of space if you want to mount this exhaust. The performance is impressive, though. In combination with a medium-tuned slip-on POLINI 177cc with 30mm carburetor and MALOSSI reed-valve, you will get close to 19hp.
A French magazine declared the 200cc version to be “the most powerful“ exhaust on the market. Sure enough, they do not know all the stuff that is available on the German market. These exhausts are of very high quality, they come hand-welded and with an optimized fitting. Both exhausts are race proven in the French racing series. The competitors over there have also been racing for years and know about everything the market can offer in this respect…
