The ROOST R86 is one of the most powerful and best-selling exhaust systems in the 78-90 cc high-end sector and is on a par with significantly more expensive 2FAST systems in terms of performance. The R86 was specially designed for current high-end Cylinders in the 78, 86 and 88 cc range (e.g. 2FAST, MHR BIG BORE, TCR) with long-stroke crankshafts. Compared to many competitor systems, it combines high power output with a usable rev range - power is available from low revs, with peak power at around 13,000-13,500 rpm depending on the setup. This makes the R86 one of the most powerful systems in its class and offers outstanding value for money.
All ROOST systems are 100% handmade and welded by hand. The CNC-turned precision flange system with Viton sealing rings ensures optimum tightness and accuracy of fit between Cylinder and Flange. The exclusive "Easy-Snap-Off-System" (ESOS) enables the system to be released quickly without having to use expensive special tools. The Silencer is made of genuine carbon fiber, is fixed in place with a stainless steel bracket and black rubber mat and is visually rounded off with CNC-machined End Caps. A new vibration damping system prevents the silent blocks from tearing and Elevation the stability during racing. The full damping effect of the Silencer is achieved after the initial heat-up during riding.
