The homologation of an exhaust system requires extensive testing and test drives. According to REMUS, the company uses an alternative testing method for this system. Thanks to a Catalytic Converter with higher filtration efficiency compared to the original version, the required testing can be completed after just a few hundred kilometers instead of tens of thousands.

According to REMUS, this results in approximately 71% fewer CO₂ emissions during the homologation process. This figure refers exclusively to the testing and approval process and not to the vehicle’s CO₂ emissions during normal driving conditions.
