What are the advantages of the PINASCO Power Casing Slave ?

For tuners who are serious, PINASCO brings out the Slave case for PIAGGIO mopeds with double inlet. This means that the usual SHA carburettor can be fitted to the rear, or a carburettor with a 24mm connection can be fitted via the side reed valve inlet. In this case, the frame may have to be modified.

PINASCO delivers the casing including the crankshaft. Why? Quite simply, this is approx. 5mm wider than the original and was specially developed and adapted to the engine case. Depending on the version, the crankshaft is available with 43mm stroke or 46mm stroke. For the long-stroke shaft with 46mm stroke, the cylinder must be spaced out by approx. 1.5mm using cylinder head and/or cylinder base spacers.

However, PINASCO does not make the engine case just for fun. Advantages such as the wide inlet window to achieve a larger cylinder filling or the transfer ports with sufficient material for individual machining once again clearly set the casing apart from the competition.

Last but not least, the case is also available with either Ø43mm or Ø46mm crankcase diameter. The Ø43mm cases are suitable for all standard cylinders / racing cylinders up to approx. 70ccm. While in the past you always had to machine the engine case for cylinders from 70cc upwards, PINASCO already supplies the ready-to-install engine case with the Ø46mm crankcase diameter.

Conclusion: If you want to get the last horsepower out of your moped, you should definitely upgrade to the PINASCO Slave engine case.

• Don't forget a racing cylinder with Ø12mm piston pin.
• Carburettor with Ø24mm connection and plug-in connection is mandatory
• The casing does not have a casing half seal, you should use sealing compound
• The crankshaft bearings are not included in the delivery, we recommend the suitable ones from PINASCO.
