When accelerating, the V-Belt Pulley twists and the rigid metal-to-metal connection of the vario spring distorts the Spring, generating unwanted forces and vibrations. MALOSSI solves this problem with "Torsion Control": A small plastic bushing is placed on the lower end of the Vario Spring, allowing the Spring to slide almost frictionless on the Guide Bushing of the V-Belt Pulley.
