Standard on the large Quasar engines, the MALOSSI engine stabilizer is now also available for Leader engines. The axial forces generated in a high-end maxi-scooter engine can be enormous. In extreme cases, the crankcases produced by PIAGGIO can fracture at their weakest point—right between the variator shaft and the Primary Shaft.

Considering the time and effort that goes into building such an engine, a swingarm stabilization kit is a must-have for any heavily tuned maxi-scooter engine. The stabilization arm, which runs parallel to the engine, absorbs axial forces and significantly increases durability at this point.
