MALOSSI MHR Throttle Flap, Ø 38 mm, for Yamaha T-Max 530 – A high-end upgrade for high-performance engine setups.

The complete MALOSSI MHR oval Throttle Flap was developed for the Yamaha T-Max 530 and is designed for maximum performance in heavily tuned engines. High-performance setups in particular require a consistent and adequately sized fuel-air mixture supply. This is where MALOSSI comes in with a specially developed Throttle Flap Casing designed to reliably meet the increased air demand of large engine configurations.

The Throttle Flap Casing is made of Ergal 7975-T6 and features a black anodized finish. The inner diameter expands to up to 38 mm, providing a significantly larger flow path compared to stock-style solutions. The Throttle Flap was developed specifically for use with the MALOSSI 560-cc two-cylinder kit and the MALOSSI Double PowerCam Camshafts. In this configuration, it supports the Engine’s air supply requirements and helps maximize the setup’s potential.

Despite the larger diameter, the Throttle Flap’s length matches the original. This allows it to be aligned in the stock position between the Cylinder Head and the Airbox. This simplifies installation and preserves the vehicle’s original mounting orientation.
