A few years after its appearance, the Vespa has already developed into a successful vehicle that has proven its reliability on the road hundreds of times, can be fast enough and has mechanical properties that enable even less experienced people to carry out minor maintenance work . But there were still those who had doubts about its undeniable properties in terms of ease of driving.

The acrobatics team emerges from a brilliant idea within the S.T.E.P., the Piaggio experience department. It consists of a few test pilots who test the Vespa prototypes every day to find even the smallest defect.

From 1952 to 1968 Cau, Chiarugi, Nesti, Cipolli, Lorenzetti and many others traveled through Europe to perform their perfect acrobatic show.

The book is enriched with the images of each individual figure created by Piaggio acrobats, along with the detailed explanation of each movement that each participant made for the construction of the figure himself.
