D.R. is one of the pioneers of tuning and Conversion Cylinders for the 80cc Vespa PX series. The Cylinder has been a reliable all-time favorite for decades and has earned a solid reputation as one of the most popular Conversion Cylinders for the PX80 with terms such as "indestructible" and "lasting reliability". The cast iron cylinder combines seven transfer ports and a three-part boost port with a high-quality ASSO Piston including upper L-Piston Rings. This turns the weak standard engine into a much livelier tourer with up to 8.4 hp at 6500 rpm and a possible top speed of up to approx. 95 km/h.

The D.R. Conversion Cylinder is designed for uncomplicated installation and high durability. The Crankcase does not need to be machined, but the jetting and ignition settings should be checked and optimized after installation. Under "Downloads" you will find a copy of a TÜV test report, which often enables individual approval. Due to legal changes, these test reports are no longer officially valid, but are often still recognized in practice - which can also facilitate access to a more favorable insurance class depending on the registration.
