Premium-quality CARLUCCI Repair Sheets for the Rear Frame of Vespa Wideframe Models manufactured from 1948 through 1957.
Most older Vespas have rust damage on the frame, especially on the Rear Frame. In the past, rust-through in this area was difficult to repair. Now, CARLUCCI offers a variety of premium-quality Repair Sheets for Wideframe Models manufactured from 1948 to 1957.
The plates differ primarily in length—that is, how far the rear section extends upward toward the Tank. The range starts with the short rear section, 180 mm long, for the Vespa 125 V1-15T, and extends to the complete rear section with a bead, which can be welded directly to the Floor Board.
CARLUCCI’s complete rear frame sets consist of individual parts so they can be better adapted to the existing frame. Included are the upper Rear Part, left and right Side Parts, tunnel panel, and all internal Reinforcement Plates.
All parts fit with high precision and can be welded on directly.
Note: Matching Legshields and a wide variety of other Repair Sheets are also available for all Models.
Conclusion: With CARLUCCI’s Repair Sheets, old wide-frame models can finally be restored true to the original.
These products fit perfectly – SIP TIPS:
- Order new Floor Boards and matching Floor Board Struts at the same time. It’s best to replace rusted tanks with new parts.
Opinions from the press and experts
“Sandro Carlucci. Sandro is a Vespa mechanic through and through and specialized in manufacturing sheet metal parts for the Vespa many years ago. His floor panels, beading, etc., are truly 1:1 replicas and a cut above all the Asian-made goods. Whenever I’ve needed a replacement panel for one of my old vehicles over the years, I’ve always gone with one of his. In my opinion, the quality of these parts is unmatched.”
