Everyone knows the situation: you get to the Vespa, have your Helmet and Jacket in your hands - and have to awkwardly fold up the Seat with your other hand. With this newly developed Hinge-Joint, this is a thing of the past. Just press a button on the Remote Control or the button on the Handlebar and the Seat opens automatically - without having to lift it by hand. The Hinge-Joint is a completely new development and fits all modern Vespa models from the GT series upwards. New dies, turned parts and Springs were specially produced by the manufacturer - a well thought-out product that impresses in terms of function and quality.

Note: From 2010, the seats are all bolted and can be easily replaced. The effect varies depending on the weight of the Seat and the tensioning force of the Springs. Sometimes small differences can make the difference between support and complete opening. In the first model years (2003-2010), the Hinge-Joint was riveted to the Seat. When replacing, the rivets must be drilled out, 4 x M6 threads cut into the Holding Plate of the Seat and the rivets replaced with 4 x Screws in M6x20mm.
