HHP diaphragm intake manifold with 6-valve diaphragm for Vespa V50/PV/PK

Diaphragm intake manifold with 6-flap diaphragm, suitable for all Vespa V50/PV/PK models with 2-hole and 3-hole Engines - for standard or 180° rotated Cylinders. The Reed Valve Block is cast from a special aluminum alloy (223, G-AlSi10Mg). The Intake Manifold is supplied including 6-flap diaphragm, Air Bellow, Gasket and all Screws and fastening material.

The HHP Intake Manifold is designed so that it can be used on both 2-hole and 3-hole Engines and in V50/PV and PK Frames. The combination can be flexibly adapted to the Engine and Frame thanks to different, interchangeable intake rubbers. This also makes it possible to upgrade from a smaller to a larger Carburettor at a later date. An Engine can also be converted from a V50/PV to a PK, provided the appropriate Air Bellow is used.

By fitting the HHP Intake Manifold, the intake cross-section can be significantly increased compared to the original intake, allowing larger carburettor cross-sections to be realized. A full cheek crankshaft is recommended for the insert, as it increases pre-compression and performance while allowing the Engine to run with less vibration.

Important: The opening for the Intake Manifold Frame must be considerably enlarged for installation.
