This banjo is suitable for making steel braided lines in individual lengths yourself.

Experienced craftsmen can correctly press the banjo to the steel braided line without major special tools. A corresponding assembly instruction is available in the downloads. Nevertheless, the German TÜV and other testing organisations rarely recognise hand-pressed brake lines as conforming to StVZO. It is too easy to carry out the pressing incorrectly.

As an alternative, pre-assembled brake lines from Spiegler are available, including ABE.
