The older a vehicle is and the more kilometers the Engine has run, the more likely it is that the original Cylinder Head will need to be replaced: The spark plug thread is often damaged or the sealing surface is badly affected. The head leaks, blows off and loses power. There are inexpensive standard Cylinder Heads that correspond 1:1 to the original or are even still available from PIAGGIO - dimensions, performance and appearance remain identical.
