Delivery charges

DHL SIP FLAT RATE (€5.90 incl. VAT / free delivery on orders over €100)

DHL will deliver your parcel quickly, usually within 1–2 working days of dispatch. You can easily track the current delivery status online via your SIP customer account to stay up to date. If you agree to the privacy policy, additional DHL service options are available to you, including live tracking, estimated delivery time, choice of drop-off point, redirection to a branch, delivery to a neighbour or the option to choose your preferred delivery date.

For the SIP DHL flat-rate service, parcels may weigh up to 31.5 kg. Dispatch is handled by DHL. Delivery to a Packstation is available and can be selected during the ordering process.

Good news: End customers receive free delivery on orders of €100 or more, and for business customers, delivery within Germany is also free on orders of €150 or more.

DHL Express

If you would like your parcel to arrive via DHL Express by the next working day, we must receive your order by 12:00 at the latest. DHL Express is only available if all items in your order are in stock – i.e. marked as ‘in stock’ in the shop – and only for complete orders. By the way, you don’t need to select the SIP Express Service separately for particularly fast processing with DHL Express – it’s included automatically.

Please note: Delivery charges always apply for shipments via DHL Express, even if other delivery methods might be free of charge. The maximum weight per parcel is 31.5 kg.

With DHL Express, you can choose between three delivery options:

• DHL Express: Delivery on the next working day by the end of the working day. In most areas, this means by 6.00 pm at the latest; in some postcode areas, it may be later.

• DHL Express 12:00: Delivery on the next working day by 12:00.

• DHL Express 9.00: Delivery by 9.00 am on the next working day.

Important: DHL Express does not offer Saturday delivery. So if you place your order before 12.00 on Friday, your parcel will usually arrive at the recipient’s address on Monday.

All parcels can, of course, be tracked. Should the delivery time promised by DHL Express not be met, the DHL money-back guarantee applies: the delivery charges can then be refunded retrospectively. This is handled by our customer service team. Excluded from this are delays for which DHL Express is not responsible, such as those caused by customs clearance, incorrect address details or if the recipient is not at home.

Please note: The delivery times stated are service commitments made by DHL Express. SIP Scootershop passes this information on to its customers but does not itself guarantee that the delivery times will be met.

UPS

There are three different options available for shipping with UPS. This allows you to choose between a particularly affordable standard option, fast next-working-day delivery or guaranteed delivery by midday, depending on your needs. All parcels can be tracked; you can view the current status at any time in the customer portal. If you have given your consent to data processing, UPS will also keep you informed of the parcel’s progress by email.

UPS Standard offers a cost-effective shipping option, UPS Express Saver ensures reliable next-working-day delivery, and UPS Express 12:00 guarantees delivery by 12:00 noon on the following working day. UPS does not generally offer Saturday delivery. Orders dispatched on Fridays via UPS Express will therefore usually reach the recipient on Monday. For express options, the order must also be received by 12:00 at the latest and all items must be in stock. The maximum weight per parcel is 31.5 kg. Delivery charges depend on weight and delivery address and are clearly displayed at checkout.

An overview of the UPS options:

• UPS Standard: Delivery in 1–2 working days, price from €5.90*

• UPS Express Saver: Delivery by the end of the next working day, including a money-back guarantee in the event of late delivery; orders must be placed by 12:00 and all items must be in stock

• UPS Express 12:00: Delivery by 12:00 the next working day, also with a money-back guarantee; orders must be placed by 12:00 and all items must be in stock

The delivery times stated are service commitments made by UPS. SIP Scootershop passes this information on to its customers but does not itself guarantee that these delivery times will be met.

Click & Collect

With the Click & Collect delivery option, you can conveniently collect your order yourself from the SIP SCOOTERSHOP in Landsberg am Lech. As soon as your goods are ready for collection, you’ll receive an email from us after completing your order – usually around an hour after you’ve placed it. Just take the email to the till, collect your goods – and you’re done. Avoid queues at our shop!

Dachser Parcel Service

This delivery option will only appear at checkout if it is available for the relevant country of delivery.

Bulky and heavy parcels (over 31.5 kg or with a girth exceeding 3 m, e.g. Engines or Frames) are dispatched via Dachser. Saturday delivery is not available.

Delivery is usually made kerbside. Assistance on site may be required for unloading if necessary. Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact the customer to arrange a delivery time (notification).

The delivery charges shown at checkout are an estimate. The final costs are only calculated after the item has been packed, based on the actual dimensions, weight and delivery address. In the event of significant discrepancies, an additional charge may apply – SIP Support will inform you in advance in such cases.

For international deliveries, additional import costs (e.g. customs clearance, fees or duties) may apply. These are settled directly between Dachser and the recipient and are not included in the delivery charges.

Additional costs may also arise for hard-to-reach areas or in the event of a failed delivery.

‘SIP SPEED’ Express Service

If your order is placed with us by 12 noon at the latest, either online or by telephone, we will give it top priority over all other orders and pick your order straight away. The goods will be dispatched on the same day via DHL or UPS. This service costs just €6.00* extra and can also be combined with, for example, UPS Express Saver.

DHL International PREMIUM Parcel

The DHL International PREMIUM Parcel offers a delivery time of 1–3 working days throughout Austria, tracking via the customer portal and, subject to consent to data processing, via email from DHL. Saturday delivery is also available in some areas. Maximum weight 31.5 kg. Carbon-neutral delivery. Delivery to a Packstation or collection point is possible. The delivery charges are a flat rate, i.e. independent of weight.

UPS Standard / UPS EXPRESS Saver

UPS offers two options for Austria:

UPS Standard delivery with a delivery time of 2–5 working days, and UPS Express Saver for express deliveries within 2 working days. For parcels weighing up to 31.5 kg, we can offer a fixed price with UPS Standard. For parcels weighing 31.5 kg or more, the delivery charge is calculated based on weight. With UPS Express Saver, the delivery charge is always based on weight. The exact delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

With the Express Saver service, UPS guarantees that your parcel will arrive at your home within the next 2 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Your order must therefore be received by us before 12:00 to be dispatched on the same day. To be absolutely sure, we recommend the SIP Express Speed service !

UPS is the only courier to offer cash-on-delivery payment in Austria!

FedEx Economy / FedEx Express

The FedEx Economy parcel has a delivery time of 2–4 days, tracking via the customer portal and, subject to consent to data processing, via email from FedEx. Maximum weight 31.5 kg. No Saturday deliveries. The exact shipping cost, which depends on the weight, is displayed at the checkout.

Dachser Parcel Service

This delivery option will only appear at checkout if it is available for the relevant delivery country.

Bulky and heavy parcels (over 31.5 kg or with a girth exceeding 3 m, e.g. Engines or Frames) are dispatched via Dachser. Saturday delivery is not available.

Delivery is usually made kerbside. Assistance may be required on site to unload the parcel if necessary. Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact the customer to arrange a delivery time (notification).

The delivery charges shown at checkout are an estimate. The final costs are only calculated after the item has been packed, based on the actual dimensions, weight and delivery address. In the event of significant discrepancies, an additional charge may apply – in this case, SIP Support will inform you in advance.

For deliveries abroad, additional import costs (e.g. customs clearance, fees or duties) may apply. These are settled directly by Dachser with the recipient and are not included in the delivery charges.

Additional costs may also arise in the case of hard-to-reach areas or failed deliveries.

"SIP SPEED" Express Service

If we receive your order by 2 pm at the latest, either online or by telephone, we’ll give it top priority over all other orders and pick your items straight away. The goods will be dispatched on the same day via DHL or UPS. This service costs just €6.00* extra and can also be combined with, for example, UPS Express Saver.

Note on remote areas
For deliveries to remote areas, courier services may charge additional fees on top of the delivery charges stated here. If your delivery address is affected, we will inform you once we have received your order and offer you the choice of either paying the additional charges or cancelling your order free of charge.

DHL International Parcel ECONOMY

DHL International Parcel with the PREMIUM service is the high-performance option for deliveries to Switzerland. It offers a delivery time of approx. 2–3 days, tracking via the customer portal and, subject to consent to data processing, via email from DHL. Maximum weight 31.5 kg. Carbon-neutral dispatch. Delivery to a Packstation or collection point is available. Please note that, due to DHL’s customs clearance procedures, only one parcel may be sent per consignment. If your order requires more than one parcel, our customer service team will contact you before dispatch, as the delivery charges for multi-parcel consignments must be adjusted accordingly.

DHL International Parcel PREMIUM

DHL International Parcel with the PREMIUM service is the high-performance option for deliveries to Switzerland. UPS Express Saver guarantees next working day delivery with a money-back guarantee. A cost-effective alternative to our UPS Express service for next-day deliveries. No Saturday deliveries. Tracking available in the customer portal and, subject to consent to data processing, via email from UPS. Maximum weight 31.5 kg.
Can also be combined with SIP Express Speed. The exact shipping cost, based on weight, will be displayed at the checkout.

UPS Express 12:00

UPS Express 12:00 offers next-working-day delivery by midday throughout Switzerland. No Saturday deliveries. Tracking available in the customer portal and, subject to consent to data processing, via email from UPS. Maximum weight 31.5kg.
Can also be combined with SIP Express Speed. The exact delivery charge, based on weight, will be displayed at the checkout.

FedEx Economy

SIP EU FLAT RATE 8.50 EUR net.

For deliveries to EU countries, we offer a SIP flat rate at a net price of 8.50 EUR. Delivery is carried out either by FedEx or UPS, depending on the country in question. This decision is based on our negotiations with the delivery services and cannot be changed independently.

If the parcel is delivered via FedEx, the maximum weight by volume is 21 kg. For UPS, the maximum permitted weight is 31 kg. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and take up to 7 working days.

Parcel tracking and standard service options are included.

DHL International Parcel ECONOMY / EMS (Express Mail Service)

DHL International Parcel with the ECONOMY service is the cost-effective option for worldwide delivery. It has a delivery time of approx. 14–28 days, limited tracking in the customer portal and, subject to consent to data processing, via email from DHL. Maximum weight 31.5 kg. Carbon-neutral dispatch. Delivery to a Packstation or collection point is available. Please note that, due to DHL’s customs clearance procedures, only one parcel may be sent per consignment. If your order requires more than one parcel, our customer service team will contact you before dispatch, as the delivery charges for multi-parcel consignments must be adjusted accordingly.

DHL International Parcel PREMIUM / EMS (Express Mail Service)
