The origin of the legendary GORI tuning parts was in Florence in 1958, in the small workshop of Giancarlo Gori's father Vasco. There, a lot of work was done on the early Lambretta models until the first products were ready for the public. The ever-increasing demand from the scene and the constant competition with the Ancilottis, also based in Florence, prompted Gori to constantly develop his products further and to bring new innovative parts onto the market.
To this day, the products manufactured by GORI Elaborazioni in Italy, such as seats, exhaust systems and cylinders, are well-known in the worldwide Lambretta scene and have long since achieved cult status. In 1967, GORI set a world record with a Vespa 90SS.
