Product description
Dry, yet expressive and delicate, originating from the Basilicata region of southern Italy, our 'Chiavo di Luna'white wine has its name from an original Vespa paintwork option!
The 'Malavasia' grape variety possesses designation of origin certification, or Indicazione Geografica Protetta' (IGP) and are harvested individually by hand. The bright yellow with green reflexes catches the eye immediately for the nose to be then softly teased by a delicate aroma of fresh grapes combined with a hint of mellow petal blossom. The palate is subsequently entertained with a refreshingly lively start, to then be completely bound by an acceptable acidity. The aromas of grapes and citrus fruits are accented by a fine mineral note. A perfect complement to light dishes and fish, as well as an ideal aperitif. Best served at +8°C. Salute! Also available in a money saving box of six bottles (#SIP10224)!
