Our 'all-round-carefree' package wheel kits consist of the SIP Performance tyres, mounted and ready-to-ride on the SIP Performance wheel rims, ensuring a quick and uncomplicated replacement of the wheels.

A dream for many Vespa GTS riders has become reality. Fully assembled wheels, including both our SIP Performance tyres and also our SIP Performance wheel rims! Finally, plug & play, ready-to-ride, pre-assembled complete wheels that only require being bolted in position before use. No more scratched rims while attempting to mount the tyres with heavy tools, no more time and money-consuming trips to the local tyre dealers for assistance!

Our tyres are mounted by a professional on to our wheel rims, while of course paying due attention to the correct direction of travel and the choice of a suitable valve. Once assembled, the complete wheel is then accurately balanced and counterweighted. The only things that we recommend checking prior to riding are the correct torque values for the tightening of the wheel fixing bolts and of course the air-pressure!

The wheel rim

The SIP Performance wheel rims for modern Vespa models are produced to our usual high standards, ensuring precise production and fitting dimensions. They are manufactured with a perfect surface-finishing, have twenty spokes with a CNC machined surface and include a moulded SIP logo as part of their design. These wheels are manufactured in accord with the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation (ETRTO) guidelines and are fully approved by the exacting German MOT testers! This makes these rims fully legal for road use in Germany and many other countries.

The tyres

An approved speed-index rating of 180kph for this tyre enables speeds that are impossible for the Vespa GTS models. Despite this it gives you the peace of mind that the tyres are easily capable at more normal speeds! Their traditional tread pattern in combination with the special rubber mixture qualify this tyre as an ideal travelling companion on your journeys, as it performs convincingly, whether in wet or dry conditions. Everything apart from extreme snow and ice are easily managed and mastered. They are perfectly suited for riding through Spring, Summer and Autumn with guaranteed performance at an affordable price!

Additional necessities - our SIP–TIP:

• Hub grease prevents corrosion solidifying the connection between the wheel and the axle.
• Always mount the identical type of tyre to both the front and the rear of your scooter. These wheel kits are compatible for both!
• Do not forget to order new wheel mounting bolts.

Mounting information for Vespa GTS models equipped with ABS:

The GTS models factory-equipped with rear-wheel ABS also require a special mounting kit including both wheel bolts and also fixing screws for the tone wheel. Do not forget to order these items separately.
