Product description
The original PIAGGIO transmission pulley covers serve as the basis in the production of our replacement SIP Style transmission pulley covers. Our versions are powder-coated in a sophisticated high-end production process making the surface extremely tough and temperature resistant up to around 180°C. The bolts holding the transmission pulley cover should be tightened to between 11-13Nm. The interior air-spoilers along with the air filter and the rubber buffers for the cover require transferral from the original cover.
SIP -TIP : For de/mounting the clutch holding tool (#BU5428) will also be required. Why not complete the look with one of our colour matched variomatic pulley cover cap?
Mounting Information: When assembling the PIAGGIO LEADER 125-200cc engines the bronze bush (#PI431860) for the starter motor mechanism must first be installed into the variomatic pulley cover before closing.
