Information: Regrettably PM is amongst our most unreliable suppliers. We attempt to compensate for these production inconsistencies by mass ordering whenever the opportunity arises and parts are truly available. This method is no guarantee however and we cannot always meet deliveries immediately when these provisions are all sold out. We are satisfied to be able to offer similar products from mit JL, NORDSPEED, SIP PERFORMANCE, to compensate for any potential deficit in the supply of PM parts. PM products will still be sold at our shop as we willingly support the careful artistry involved in the creation of such specialist, niche parts by such dedicated engineers.
Experience has shown that PIAGGIO engine casings are prone to break at their weakest point which is located directly between vario shaft and primary shaft. This is due to the brute axial load that can at times occur with a high end maxiscooter engine. Keeping in mind the extended time you will have spent building such an engine as well as the shrinking stock of 2-stroke maxiscooter engines available, there is simply no alternative to mounting a suspension arm stabilizer kit to every high end tuning maxi engine! The system works through a stabilizer arm that runs parallel to the engine, absorbing all axial load and thus safeguarding durability at least at this point. This system is produced by PM Tuning and has at first been designed and tested under extreme conditions to suit the PM 350cc maxi engine. From casing breaking to record-breaking technology – this system does the trick.
