Security lock ARTAGO Practic Cap/Style - The Practic Cap/Style lock system was especially developed for scooters. The base plate is mounted underneath the seat and a special theft-proof chain fixates the scooter with steered handlebar. A counterpart is clamped to the end of the handlebar (similar to steering dampers). The chain is conveniently stored beneath the seat.
