A lock washer for the Lambretta rear wheel, helps prevent the main wheel nut on Lambretta scooters from becoming loose.

Lambretta brake drums are held in place by a centrally located 27mm nut. This is held in position with a lock washer which has an opening for an additional bolt to hold it firmly in place on the body of the brakes drum during use. The original type has a hole to allow the standard single 7mm bolt to be inserted. Some producers produce this part with three holes to either ensure alignment or to actually increase the amount of fixing bolts to three for improved reliability. This feature can be found on the lock washers made by SALEM SPEED (three holes, single bolt) and the version from CASA LAMBRETTA (three holes, three bolts). We have, of course, types available with an identical look and function to the original part when a 100% original appearance is desired.

Conclusion: A part essential for safety while riding, available in several varieties. Function should have priority over an original appearance – especially on tuned engines!
