Seat PIAGGIO

The OE PIAGGIO seat units included with the original factory produced Vespa models are also available separately to replace the original item when it is irreparably worn or otherwise damaged, in order to retain the 'factory fresh' look of your scooter. These seat units are fully compatible with the Vespa ET2/ET4/LX and S models without modification. The original PIAGGIO seats issued with the Vespa S models has a lower, sleeker design than the rest of the range. This makes it ideal for LX ride-height conversion to suit the shorter people amongst us, without having to expensively replace or modify the overall set up of your scooters suspension.

All seats are delivered without a locking mechanism and keys, so enabling the original existing lock to remain in use. This brings with it the advantage of not having to have too many extra keys for full operation of your scooter.

The seats for the ET/LX models have a luggage hook integrated into the front of the seat unit whereas the seats for the LXV/S models have a smaller hook attached to the mounting plate assembly.

Another advantage of mounting a LX/LXV/S seat unit onto a Vespa ET2/4 model is that the locking mechanism is relocated to the left hand side, which is where most riders usually get on and off their scooters anyway.

SIP-TIP: To extend the service life of your seat unit it should be regularly cleaned using a suitable care product such as the vinyl and leather cleaner made by SONAX (#14222000)
