Riveting Tool SIP 2.0, for floor runner

The SIP riveting pliers is a classic, which has already proven itself over many years in many workshops and allows the assembly of the floor runner simply and beautifully.

In the development of the 2.0 riveting pliers, all the experiences of us and our customers have been incorporated to further improve the handling and function of the pliers. Even if once no helping hand is present in the workshop and the floor runner assembly must be mastered alone. In addition, the finish of the pliers and the packaging is upgraded and also meets the highest standards.

Of course, all the positive features of the standard riveting pliers are also retained. The riveting heads are revised in detail. Two pieces for the two main applications are included in the package; an extra slim, flat rivet head for the countersunk rivets in the middle of the floor runner; a rivet head with constricted head diameter for the large rivets of the floor runner end pieces. In addition, you will find other rivet heads in our store for special applications such as riveting emblems, nameplates, seat bench signs, etc.

The counterpart of the rivet heads, the screw adjustable punch, still has the checkered waffle pattern like the original Piaggio tools. This allows the look of the new rivets to be a first class reproduction and 100% original look. The knurled screws are ergonomically rounded.

Notice:

• Test-fit kick strips BEFORE painting, adjust their bend, drill holes if necessary and number them for later final assembly.
• Assembly sequence from outside to inside.
• Small spacers (e.g. pieces of wood) enable one hundred percent parallelism and equal spacing.
• The tread strips can be excellently pre-fixed with suitable screw clamps.
