With the RZ Evo 2000Jim Lomas has proved that he is the last person to rest on his laurels. As a direct successor to the legendary RZ mark one range of pipes, his latest product once again convinces through excellent construction quality and an improved performance curve.
The RZ Evo 2000 is not quite as peaky as its predesessor, but with an increased expansion chamber volume delivers its power earlier in the revrange, which should be especially rewarding for all those MALOSSI pilots out there... Its “back to the roots” traditional expansion chamber design, including a fat silencer, resembles the original “Nordspeed” exhaust units.
JL Guarantee: Included with every SIP-Performance expansion chamber system is an automatic 3-years warranty from date of purchase for all original purchasers, if your exhaust splits open at any time during normal use (apart from grinding it along the kurb) it will be repaired or replaced.
Conclusion: The left hand exit version of the RZ mark one can also be considered as an extremely potent tuning “weapon” with even more torque than its predesessor the RZ Evo 2000 is a modern, high performance, handmade expansion chamber in a class of its own.

The use of the main stand remains possible, but no wide tyres or spare wheel use possible.
Carburettor jetting and ignition timing should be checked and/or altered as necessary.
SIP-TIP: 139 and 177cc setups are ideally combined with a 24mm DELLORTO SI carburettor, and a higher ratio primary drive kit. A larger main jet is absolutely necessary for the 200cc setup, a reinforced clutch, racing or long stroke crankshaft are recommendable. With MALOSSI/POLINI 30mm+ carburettor, MMW manifolds, tuned gearbox and SIP Performance ignition you´ll have a lot of fun and others will stay behind
