LeoVince presents his latest pipe: LeoVinceNERO, a new exhaust system especially dedicated to motorcycles and maxi scooter. This new product combines a modern design to an aggressive look, perfect to give a special touch of power and style to your bike. Inspired in his line by the new market trends, LeoVince NERO is the silencer ideal for the new generation of bikers.

A new stainless steel sleeve, well-refined with a metallic black paint made with ceramic engineering, represents the main innovation of NERO: thanks to this special case, the exhaust results more resistant to high temperature and appropriate to support mechanical and thermal stress. The silencer’s shape is the result of a development that redefines the LV ONE line through an accurate design study that combines style, finish and performance in full accordance with the code regulations. LeoVince NERO shows a new appearance with its geometrical lines, and is available in two different sizes, according to the motorcycles models. Thanks to the brackets made of stainless steel AISI 304 and TIG-welded, LeoVince NERO is particularly easy to mount on different bikes models. These brackets ensure a stronger fixing of the exhaust and a better resistance. The end cup has an asymmetric and aggressive cut, and it is entirely realized in carbon fiber: this fine material gives an additional quality to this new exhaust system, ensuring more resistance and matching different graduated shading of black colour. The LeoVince logo is printed on the exhaust thanks to the modern laser technology.

All the silencer of the NERO line are EVO II homologated with an extractable dB-killer and they are available in SLIP-ON and FULL SYSTEM version, according to the different bikes models.

SIP-TIP: Racing exhaust systems alter the amount of injected fuel charge and affect the thermal properties of your cylinder. To alleviate these problems we strongly recommend the use of the MALOSSI O2 lambda emulator in combination with this exhaust system.
