Product description

The race is on! First, the M1 and Parmakits, now FALC has hit the streets with the newest brutal cylinder in the Italian sprinter series. Monster cylinder kit, hand made from the small tuning shop FALC RACING; they put careful finishing touches by hand before turning them loose to terrorize the streets.

The crankcase must be modified, but they do not have to be welded in the first modification steps. We do recommend welding if you want to get a maximal transfer port size. The manifold is designed for Vespa V50/PV/ET3 models, although, due to the intake cross section, the chassis openingwill have to be widened. As is with the Vespa PK models.

Conclusion: next to the M1 and M1L, the ultimate race cylinder for smallframes with a performance of up to 30 horsepower.

 

Aluminum / 57mm bore/ 51mm capacity/ 5 transfer ports/ 130ccm/direct intake

aluminium cylinder with coated race, 51mm stroke, 97-105mm  con-rod, two large bridged side transfer ports and a direct intake with additional Boysen ports, 6-petal reeds, coated high performance piston with one piston ring, bridged exhaust, 8mm exhaust studs, cylinder head with optimised air duct and conventional spark plug position, incl. gasket set and 38mm manifold with flow optimised stuffer. The periphery of the motor should be matched to the increased performance.

 

SIP-TIP: Full circle/Flowed racing crankshaft with 20/20 or 24/25 cone, FALC race exhaust, 34mm carburettor and Tassinari V-Force reed vavle part no. 27426000 are a must. E-ignition such as VESPATRONIC is recommended. If combined with HP4 flywheel or PARMAKIT ignition, you have to remove one cooling fin from the cylinder.

Information: Regrettably FALC is amongst our most unreliable suppliers. We attempt to compensate for these production inconsistencies by mass ordering whenever the opportunity arises and parts are truly available. This method is no guarantee however and we cannot always meet deliveries immediately when these provisions are all sold out.

We are satisfied to be able to offer similar products from QUATTRINI, DEA, BFA and PARMAKIT to compensate for any potential deficit in the supply of FALC parts. FALC products will still be sold at our shop as we willingly support the careful artistry involved in the creation of such specialist, niche parts by such dedicated engineers.
