Although the smallframe motor has received a lot of attention from the tuners of this world recently the largeframe motor has not been completely neglected. Proof is the production of these largeframe motor gearbox components from PINASCO.
These newly developed gear cog sets for the input shaft are constructed with a special steel alloy, CNC machined and then hardened. This enables them to safely and reliably transmit higher levels of power for longer periods than the original items. The fine ratio tuning of each gear makes the gearbox perfect for the set up any type of scooter tuning project.
The original input shaft has gear cogs with 12-13-17-21 cog-teeth respectively. While the 'Gran Turismo' version (12-13-17-20) has a shorter 4th gear, the 'Gran Sport' (12-13-16-20) has both shorter 3rd and 4th gears. The 'Super Sport' type has with ratios of 12-13-16-19 a short 3rd combined with an ultra-short 4th.
