Glovebox SIP

Anyone who wants to keep their luggage secure and dry during transportation will not get far without a glovebox in the long run. However, not all of the Vespa models were fitted with a glovebox in serial production. Therefore, the retrofit gloveboxes are particularly popular for Vespa 125 VNA-TS and Vespa 50-125 PV/ET3. They mean that older small and largeframes can be perfectly expanded with storage space. In particular, the models which are already equipped with a small glovebox in the side panel in serial production become a real space saving wonder thanks to the retrofitted glovebox. The spare wheel (which is often in front of the driver) is also done away here of course but instead there are the SIP tubeless rims. Due to the extremely large range of models, small adjustments may be necessary here and there. In addition to the retrofit gloveboxes, we also have gloveboxes in stock for models which are serially produced with gloveboxes. Perfect for replacement in the case of damage, restorations or for retrofitting in the original look. Depending on the design, the gloveboxes are produced using metal (primed) or plastic with or without lock and glovebox rubber seal.

Conclusion: Ideal for oil, tools or replacement parts – everyday and on tours.

SIP TIP: The SIP tubeless rim (e.g. PART No 81056000) does away with flat tyres and replaces the omitted spare wheel.
