Carburettor Kit SERIE PRO for carburettor SIP DSRC 28 BS round slider

The SERIE PRO disc valve is assembled by us from individual components in original equipment manufacturer quality. In addition to a SIP PHBH 28/30 carburettor, depending on the design, it also includes a matching intake manifold from POLINI or MALOSSI, air bellow and cable kit, and almost all the components required in order to fit a new carburettor. This makes the kit an all around no worries package for those who prefer not to put together the required accessories from individual components.

Please note: The PRO SERIES kit on the POLINI basis for the PHBH 28 does not include any cables or air bellows. These have to be ordered separately.

The carburettor kits for the SIP PHBH 28 (POLINI) and the SIP PHBH 30 (MALOSSI) are also available direct from the manufacturer. They are a little more expensive but they are already tuned for their purpose, however. The jets, throttle, needle and mixer tube are adjusted especially to the corresponding cylinder (part no 17700300 for POLINI 177cc, part no M1610600 for MALOSSI 136cc and part no 40110000 for MALOSSI 166cc). As the MALOSSI disc valve intake manifolds seal the oil pump hole in the engine housing they are primarily recommended if a bigger carburettor is going to be installed on the newer (Lusso-) engine.

SIP-TIPP: order the fuel hose (e.g. part no 41300000) at the same time. For the SERIE PRO PHBH 28 Kit on the POLINI basis, air bellows (e.g. part no 17980200) as well as cables (e.g. in the kit, part no 94110000) are required.
