The advantage of this axle mount with the radial brake caliper is above all that the components are perfectly matched to the intended use and weight of the scooter. Unlike some oversized aftermarket brake systems, the Ottopuntouno axle mount with matching caliper not only delivers decent braking power, but also a sporty race look.
Reduced brake operating temperature
By repositioning the brake caliper, it no longer lies in the shadow of the swingarm and shock absorber, but gets plenty of airflow. The result: the operating temperature of the brake system is constantly lower than with the conventional axle mount. This is not very important for everyday use, but it is an absolute advantage in motorsport.
Reduced Dive of the Front Suspension
The changed angle between the brake caliper and the swing arm / front wheel suspension should result in the entire wheel suspension diving less during braking, which enables a more stable and smoother braking.
Track-Tested

Don't forget - the SIP-TIP:
- The brake caliper is not included in the scope of delivery. Only brake calipers from FORMULA / OTTOPUNTOUNO with the appropriate hole spacing will fit.
- As the brake caliper has a connection Ø of 8mm, the adapter banjo bolt BRK02200 may be required for the brake hose.
