These are not necessarily to be recommended because they tend to bend as they are often made of inferior material and have no defined tensile strength. The titanium alloy used makes the Axle significantly more stable than conventional axles. This is an absolute advantage, especially considering that this is the front wheel axle. While repro axles are made of undefined materials and tend to bend, the titanium axle from MC PROPARTS remains stable and is likely to last a lifetime. With its M11x1mm thread and 165mm length, the Axle is perfect for all Ciao Models with cast rims and Ciao Fork.

The enclosed Lock Nuts and Washers are also made of TI6AL4V and, like the Axle, have a high-quality PVD coating. The black coating not only looks good, it also lasts much longer than Paint or other coatings.

As with all titanium products, it is important not to exceed the torque specified by the manufacturer. In this case, this is a maximum of 60 Nm
