The #BRLN V3 e-kick scooter from The Urban impressed us with its good features, powerful Engine, low weight and top price. The simple and stable folding mechanism was particularly noteworthy. The third version of the best-selling #BRLN now comes with a road licence for Germany.
The StVZO version of the e-kick scooter was equipped with an improved control unit that enabled a choice of five speed levels via an index finger throttle and a speed display. With its compact design, the model weighed only 14 kg, had an appealing design and a high-quality finish.
The Urban #BRLV3 offered a balanced combination of stability and low weight. With its 14 kg and simple, stable folding mechanism, it was ideal for urban mobility and transport on buses and trains. Folding and unfolding the scooter was time-saving and the mechanism locked securely.
The E-Scooter also impressed in terms of riding comfort. The 8-inch Tyres combined with the damping system at both the front and rear ensured a stable ride even on uneven surfaces. The intuitive index finger Throttle Grip allowed easy and infinitely variable speed control, with five speed levels to choose from.
The scooter's Engine, powered by a 36-volt drive, delivered an output of 350 watts and enabled the user to reach top speed quickly. With a fully charged Battery, the range was around 20 kilometres. Drum Brakes at both the front and rear ensured a reliable braking effect. The certified lighting system met all standards, provided good illumination of the road and the bright Rear Light ensured visibility to other road users.
