Overview Segway-Ninebot E-Scooter Max G30 LE

The SEGWAY-NINEBOT Max G30 LD/LE E-Scooter was a variant of the extremely successful Max G30 model, which almost took the market by storm in its day.
The only difference between the Max G30 LD8 and LE models was the top speed. While the LD reached a speed of 20 km/h and was approved for use on German roads, the LE reached a top speed of 25 km/h and was therefore only suitable for export or use on private property. Apart from this difference, both E-Scooters from SEGWAY-NINEBOT were identical in design.

Feature Segway-Ninebot E-Scooter Max G30 LE

The SEGWAY-NINEBOT Max G30 LD/LE adopted many of the features of the successful Max G30, as some aspects simply could not be improved. The 10-inch tubeless pneumatic tyres of the SEGWAY-NINEBOT Max G30 LD/LE were softer than solid rubber tyres and effectively absorbed bumps. They provided a comfortable ride, even without additional suspension elements. The tubeless Tyres were relatively low-maintenance and more resistant to punctures or tears thanks to an internal coating. To ensure that riding enjoyment was not compromised by water, the SEGWAY-NINEBOT Max G30 LD/LE was water-protected, with an IPX5-rated frame and an IPX7-rated Engine.
Weighing 17.5kg, the SEGWAY-NINEBOT Max G30 LD/LE was two kilograms lighter than the Max G30. It was smaller in size, making it fit better in the boot of a car. Instead of a range of 65 kilometres, the SEGWAY-NINEBOT Max G30 LD/LE reached up to 40 kilometres and was less expensive than the Max G30. Otherwise, the SEGWAY-NINEBOT Max G30 LD/LE was almost identical in construction.
The intelligent battery management system optimised power consumption and monitored battery performance to prevent problems such as overcharging and discharging, overheating and short circuits. The driving mode could be selected between Sport, Eco and Standard at the touch of a button, and the integrated LED display provided information on speed, driving mode and battery level. The Max G30 LD/LE was compatible with the SEGWAY-NINEBOT App, which enabled the E-Scooter to be locked and provided various information.
The 376 Wh lithium-ion Battery was fully charged in six hours, and the scooter could climb gradients of up to 20% . Reflectors on the sides and LED lighting at the front and rear ensured safety. There was also a front Drum Brake and an electronic rear brake.
