The Piaggio Hexagon is a maxi scooter that came onto the market in the 1990s. It is considered to be one of Piaggio's first attempts to enter the segment of large-volume and comfort-orientated scooters.
The Hexagon is characterised by its comparatively large Cover and a generously sized Seat, which offers sufficient space for both rider and passenger. Depending on the model variant, it was equipped with various two-stroke and later also four-stroke engines with displacements of 125 to 250 cubic centimetres.
The model usually offers a front Wind Shield and a spacious storage compartment, making it particularly attractive for longer commutes or tours. Due to its advanced features for the time and good weather protection, the Hexagon became popular in many European countries and served as the basis for later generations of maxi scooters from Piaggio.
