Some Lambrettas can also be converted to wider tyres with the tubeless rims from SIP Performance. The rims are available in two different versions and tyres up to 110 mm wide can be fitted. 120 mm wide tyres are also possible. However, this may require adjustments to one or the other component, only suitable for experienced mechanics. The rims are suitable for the following Lambretta models: Lambretta 125 LI/Special/GP/DL/150 LI/Special/SX/GP/175 TV/200 TV/SX/GP/DL.
For which Lambrettas are there conversion kits for the chassis?
The possibilities for conversion are limited for Lambrettas. However, it is possible to fit tyres up to a size of 120 mm on Lamis. SIP Performance offers two different rims that fit the following Lambretta models.

The tubeless rim for Lambretta
Innovation in style, technology and safety. SIP tubeless rims are also available for Lambretta vehicles in the 2.0 design and in the well-known, excellent quality. The SIP Performance tubeless Lambretta rims are available in two widths. 2.10 is the standard width of Lambretta rims. The 2.50 inch rim is slightly wider than original, allowing wider tyres to be fitted safely.
The finish of the CNC machined surface is perfect. Newly designed bags and contours make the 2.0 generation rims easily recognisable by their harmonious design. Various colour variations are available, and even a galvanic chrome-plated version.
The original studs in the brake drums are replaced with longer studs specially made by SIP (left-hand thread). The longer studs are included with the rims. Detailed mounting instructions are available.
Attention: The 2.50 rim is not compatible with all disc brakes. On some makes there is not much space between the brake caliper and the rim. Too little for the use of a wider rim. However, there are also makes whose combination is problem-free.
