Our 4-stroke tuning cylinders come from the traditional racing houses MALOSSI and POLINI. The cylinders are made of aluminium and have a chrome/Nikasil coated raceway. Better heat dissipation, wear-resistant, for high mileage. Tightest manufacturing tolerances result in lower oil consumption and higher compression ratios. High-quality piston ring materials allow high speeds.
In addition to the power increase of up to 2 hp, there is more torque and improved mechanical smoothness of the engine. The optimal combination with a 4-stroke cylinder kit is a longer gear ratio, because these engines have a lot of power at low speeds. With the long gearbox, high overland speeds can be achieved without much loss of acceleration. In terms of manufacturing, these brand kits are of such high quality that there are no restrictions on durability.
