Exhaust systems - for Vespa Smallframe at SIP Scootershop
The choice of the right Exhaust is the most important decision for the engine design alongside the choice of cylinders. The larger the cubic capacity, the larger the volume of the exhaust system. The larger the volume, the higher the peak power. We have the right exhaust systems for all applications and engine groups.
There are a few additional variants for the Smallframe:
Standard Exhaust - Banana: Originally installed on Vespa 50 SR/SS/90 R/SS/125 PV ET3/ PK125 ETS. Good touring exhaust for the other classic V50/90/100/125/PV.
Racing Exhaust - Banana: Perfect fit, good price-performance ratio, available for all 4 Smallframe Gear Pulley classes, visually unobtrusive. The body disappears under the left Side Panels. On PK models, the spare wheel has to make way.
Racing Exhaust - Down&Forward: The exhaust body runs past the rear wheel on the left. The Silencer comes out at an angle under the Floor Board on the right in the direction of travel.
Racing Exhaust - 180°: To be able to ride the system, the Cylinder must be mounted rotated by 180° so that the outlet points in the direction of travel. Not for beginners, but spectacular and plenty of power.
Racing Exhaust - Curly: Powerful racing exhausts that only fit under the frame when curled due to their large body. For the classic smallframes Vespa 50-125/PV/ET3, modifications to the side compartment are necessary for the V50 Special V5B3T/Elestart/PV/ET3 models. The side panel must be modified on all PK models. Therefore, the model assignment is only limited to those models where no frame modifications are necessary and the standard cylinder also fits from the Connection: Vespa 90/R/SS/100/125 VMA1T. The exhaust bracket is designed for PK and V50/PV/ET3 Engines.
