The history of BOSATTA began in 1955, when the company "Fratelli Bosatta" (F. B.) was founded in Brescia, Italy. The company produced coils for motorbikes and mopeds until 1965. F. B. also manufactured gas lighters. It was not until 1965 that production was expanded to include electrical parts for classic scooters. Extensive marketing activities led to increased awareness and success beyond Italy.
BOSATTA changed hands in 2001, but the company continues to operate in the tradition and with the passion of its founders. Production continues to take place in Italy and BOSATTA impresses with a consistently high level of quality.
